Distance Selling Agreement
DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is entered into between the following parties under the terms and conditions set forth below.

BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.

ORDERER: The natural or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER's website.
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement is concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER.
GOODS: Movable property that is the subject of a transaction, and intangible goods such as software, digital products, audio, video, and similar items prepared for use in electronic environments.

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website www.solieacstudio.com.
The prices listed and advertised on the site are the selling prices. Advertised prices and terms are valid until updated or changed. Prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

If the seller is running a campaign, you can review the basic characteristics of the relevant product during the campaign period. Valid until the campaign date.
7.2. Prices
The prices listed and advertised on the site are the selling prices. Advertised prices and terms are valid until updated or changed. Prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. Taxes and Payments
The sales price of the goods or services subject to the contract is shown, including all taxes.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and are informed about the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery on the SELLER's website, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to this contract, being a digital product, will be delivered to the email address specified by the BUYER. By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the delivery of the product.
9.3. Delivery Specifications
9.3.1. Purchased products are digital content only; no physical delivery will be made.
9.3.2. Products are presented in high-resolution format and are intended for printing/personal use.
9.3.3. Product color tones may vary slightly due to screen differences; this does not constitute a defect in the product.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from contracts relating to the sale of goods within 14 days from the delivery date.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content products that are instantly fulfilled and delivered to the consumer electronically.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Personalized products and digital content are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
12. DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that, in the event of default on payment made by credit card, they will be liable to pay interest and be responsible to the card-issuing bank in accordance with the credit card agreement between them and the bank.
13. COMPETENT COURT
In case of disputes arising from this contract, complaints and objections shall be made to the consumer dispute arbitration board or consumer court located in the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.
14. EFFECTIVE DATE
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when they make the payment for their order placed through the Site.
